Ayurvedic Cooking Class

What a wonderful day ~ Today we held the 2nd cooking class at The Hawthorn, my home/workshop/healing space in Glenora.  It was a wonderful group, amazing food, and this time I remembered to take pictures.

Baked Apples, with dried blueberries, cashews, sunflower seeds, lemon, vanilla, cardamom, and cinnamon.

A lovely group of people to share time and energy with, it was a truly lovely day:)
